1. How does the process work?
 

We will operate on your behalf, including all contact and liaising with your bank until an offer that you are happy with is achieved. This is inclusive of:

  • Obtaining list of the charges you have paid. Please note, if you provide us with statements, we claim against these charges, unless you state otherwise.
  • Liaising with the bank to achieve full recovery
  • Issuing a range of proceedings on your behalf to recover your money
 
2. How long will it take to recover my unfair bank charges?
 
The entire Bank Charge and Mortgage Arrears process takes approximately 12 weeks.  If you have all of your statements, this can be as little as 7 weeks.  Some PPI complaints are resolved within 6 weeks, but can take longer.  Credit Card complaints can usually be resolved in 8 weeks. 

With the OFT bank charges test case expected in January 08, we expect normal reclaiming to start about February 2008.
 
3. Will I have to go to court?
 
No.
 
4. How much does your service cost?
 
Our fee is 25% + VAT plus any interest paid on your claim of any amount recovered on your behalf. If you find a cheaper deal elsewhere, we will beat that deal by 1%. That’s our promise to you.
 
5. Do you charge any upfront fees?
 
No. We operate a No Win No Fee service.  Please be aware our competition charge upfront administration fees.
 
6. Could I reclaim my charges myself?
 
You can reclaim charges yourself. You will need to manage the Banks and the Court Processes, but like any situation, you can always represent yourself. If you have any questions, please call us and we will point you in the right direction!
